Are you able to print pictures smaller than 4x6 or only 4x6 pictures? Could I print 2 pictures per sheet of paper if I make them smaller than 4x6?

yes you can print up to 6 on each 4x6. this little printer is the best thing I have ever bought I have had mine for 3 years the one I bought was for my daughter. LOVE IT!! and so will you. and I do not work for canon :)

CAN THIS PRINTER PRINT 8X10 PHOTOS

The largest it can print is 4x6. However, there are apps for your phone that can help you print 3x4 and other sizes as long as they aren't larger than what the printer is capable of.

Is this printer compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4?

Yes I can print from my S3 (so I assume the S4 works as well). You use the "Easy Photo Print App." From the Canon web site: "the free Easy Photo Print app, you can wirelessly print JPEGs from your iOS or Android devices directly to the SELPHY CP910."
