Great waterproof pillbox or fishing tackle
This is the second box purchased over the years. It is waterproof, durable, and the compartments are adjustable. My husband, who also is a fisherman, uses this particular size for a medicine box. He takes it with him every time he leaves home so he is not without his medicines which he needs throughout the day. Sometimes he has to take several large pills multiple times a day. It has several clamps to keep it closed and watertight in case it is ever caught in the rain, humid, or dropped while fishing. This size works great for him. They do make smaller and larger boxes.

Med boxes
I use these for medications boxes. I am taking lots of vitamins and supplements each day and they are perfect for pill dividers for morning and evening daily dosing. My only issues is the locks break after a while of using. I started using these when I was riding motorcycles and lost a weeks worth of meds in a rain storm. Have not had an issue with these as far as water resistance.

Not cheap but quality
I have four of these I swap out for the species I am after. Spinning, spoons, UL jigs and live bait.Having lost lures to water/rust to a multiple box soft carrier (stupidly) left in a in a boat that took water I have gone with gasket-sealed tackle boxes. Also a great idea for kayakers - yes, it happens.

Some issues you might want to know about.
I purchased mine at a large retailer, but wanted to review so others know what to expect. First it’s not waterproof. Washing the outside with soap under a faucet let water inside. Not blasting water, but just a faucet stream. A truly waterproof container should withstand that IMO especially with a big beefy thick seal like these have. This is water resistant.Second, each compartment is not sealed from the next. There are 3 ribs running down the lid lengthwise (lets call them horizontal) that when closed help seal off the compartments (see photo). That’s the problem. These ribs don’t go down far enough and leave a gap of about 1/8” horizontally. So for tiny parts like small screws, small springs, whatever don’t expect them to stay separated if you turn the thing over. Top to bottom (Let’s call it vertical) they’ll stay separate in 6 compartments because those dividers go high enough, but horizontally? Forget it. What’s dumb is the horizontal dividers aren’t removable - only the ones which go vertically are. (So if you removed all the dividers you’d have 3 long compartments.) Hope that all made sense. For me it’s a big deal. For larger tackle or parts I can see it not being an issue.Bottomline: need a tackle box that’s water resistant? You have found your container. Small parts organizer that’s waterproof and keeps everything separated? This isn’t it.

Not waterproof
I also bought one of these at a big box retailer. Planned to use to hold Gulp bait. Gulp juice leaked right out, causing my tackle bag to smell just amazing.
