Let me start by saying that it is beautifully packed, I know that doesn’t add “value” but I appreciate it a lot and I loved receiving this product.That being said I find it a little hard to use, like a really have to “build it”. I purchase the straw because I saw that a friend had one, and when she uses it it is so easy to use and fold. I didn’t find that with this one, maybe it needs more use I guess because it seems stiff.The straw is really nice, love the color, the case and the overall packaging.Update Review: First Time UseI’m taking one star because honestly, it was unusable at the first try. Similar to another review, I tried to use it and was impossible, no liquid came through. Tried to clean it and obviously there was something stuck which ended up being silicon (it was all plastered together which made liquids impossible to come through), we managed to fix it but it was uncomfortable and truly unnecessary I think.This is an expensive straw if you compare to others out there, so I believe a better quality product should be delivered.Update January 10After emailing the company informing my disappointment with the product, they immediately took care of the problem not only reimbursing me but also sending a replacement straw. This is good customer service.The new straw works perfectly and I am pleased with the product

When I received this package I was very excited, and when I open the cute box it came in I was greeted by a card which immediately said “thank you for choosing eco-pals you’re awesome.” The straw came in a really cute little carrying case you can clip to your pocketbook which made it very practical and it would seem like something I would use every day. When I try to use the straw it did not work and I struggled trying to figure out why. I tried cleaning it I check the reviews to see what was wrong with it and there are no answers. As I struggled I pulled apart the straw and realize that one end of the rubber coating thing was glued together making the liquid but I was trying to sip stop at that point. So basically it was just suctioning the whole time. I was really disappointed, because then I was in the mood for a drink with a straw and I couldn’t even drink it because my steel straw I ordered online didn’t work. Probably just a flaw in mine. Hopefully the company reaches out to me

I was so excited when I first bought this straw in order to help the environment, the description describes this product as “durable” and “a great product” . I think otherwise. Just one day after using this product, it broke! The straw accidentally stretched out the slightest bit and your dumb product broke!! I am so disappointed. You say you want to save the environment but you really just want to scam 12 year old kids!! This is ridiculous! People who want to change the world and make a difference can’t even save the sea turtles by purchasing this disfuntional and terrible product. Not only did the metal break off my straw, but I tried to use it again because I am a very determined girl to save the sea turtles! The elastic broke!! I can’t believe I payed $17 on a STRAW to break in less than 24 hours!! I am so disappointed and horrifically angry that is was stupid enough to buy your skittle diddle straw that breaks all the time!!

I love that I can reuse it over and over again! I chose a color that I love and I have it hanging off my purse so it's always handy when I'm out.The only concern I would point out is that it's not good at sucking blended drinks that might have ice chunks (as with any other straw). The ice chunks get stuck in the middle and then I have to keep blowing into the straw to dislodge them. Hahah. Also, when putting in the straw into a lid with the little slits... it gets a bit difficult to take it out.Regardless, the straw is still amazing. I am still giving it 5 out of 5 stars and will purchase some of these in the future for my family.

I am OBSESSED with this straw! Not only is it my favorite color but its perfect on the go and small enough to fit in my clutch. Its super convenient and now I have less guilt when I go out to eat!

Purchased the pink straw as a gift for my daughter who is in college. Everyone seems to have one in her demographic so I finally caved and paid $15 for a straw. Having said that, she LOVES it! Out of her spa themed Valentine’s gifts, the straw is her favorite. It is well packaged and exactly as described in the sales ad. It’s new so I cannot comment on long term durability, but it seems well made from initial use.My only issue is the cleaning tool doesn’t seem to go all the way through the straw. It’s not a big deal as it can still be cleaned from each end.

My friend is totally against plastic straws so I thought I’d get her this. I gave it to her and she cried. Yes, she cried over a straw. She uses it everyday though so I guess it was worth the buy & I love her to death so I’m glad she’s happy with it. Save the turtles y’all.
