Very happy.
Bought this for mum and sent it to Scotland as she was having difficulty getting it. She has since used it and is very happy. It was a lot more expensive than if it had been in the shops but needs must.

Great for polenta
I was really pleasantly surprised with this cornmeal. I mostly use it for polenta, and the fineness of it makes the polenta super creamy and wonderful. I'll keep buying this one as long as it available!

Good Quality & Swift Delivery
I bought this as a ingredient for a cake I was going to make for a diabetic friend. Luckily I decided to test run the recipe which turned out to be completely tasteless but the texture, lightness & colour was lovely due to the cornmeal. As I have so much left it would have been useful for there to be simple cooking instructions or ratio printed on the packet to make savoury polenta as I know some cornmeal can take 50 minutes to cook - and I 'm not sure if this is one of them.

Works for Purpose
I couldn't find polenta anywhere in local supermarkets so turned to Amazon. Came quick and was used as intended to coat chicken for a crispy finish
