Passenger Side Mirror Glass, Astro Van, Mid Size, Blazer Full Size, Tahoe, Yukon, Escalade, Full Size Pick-Up, Chevrolet Suburban, Safari Mid Size Van

This fits well on my 1995 Chevy C2500 Cheyenne - maybe 1/32" off in some spots, or maybe I just didn't line it up exactly perfectly. Vast improvement over the cracked and broken glass that was there before. I cleaned all the broken pieces out first, before putting this on. The double-stick tape is thick enough that if it's not a perfect fit within the rim of plastic, it doesn't matter. Installation tip: The backing paper on one side of the tape has a free edge that is easy to grab; the paper on the other side doesn't. Take off the difficult paper first, stick it to the mirror, and then it's not hard to get the other one off while you're gingerly holding the mirror glass in your hand. Line it up perfectly before you press into place, because once it's stuck, it's not coming off without a fight. We've had this on the truck now for a couple of months, with no problems.

Like it states, it doesn’t fit properly in a power mirror. I read reviews that said it didn’t, that it did and that it did if you trim the plastic on the mirror. I ended up having to trim the plastic and it fit fine. The price was great and worth the gamble. I would buy one again.

I have a 2005 Chevy Astro van, I'm not sure if the driver side mirror has been replaced or not, but I did remove the old glass to find the new mirror was not 100% fit in the recess. Having known this I would have left the broken glass and glued it right on top. After removing the plastic bracket and whittling away the edge with a razor knife (lots of fun), the backer bracket no longer had a raised edge and the mirror looks great. Very clear, much more than a similar product I purchased to replace a mirror on a Hyundai Elantra recently. I still give it 5/5 because I love the result. Leave the old glass in there if you can and just stick this on top. The price was right and I am very glad to have a mirror again. Astro vans have huge blind spots, you rely on the mirrors a lot more than you think.

This replacement mirror was a great value for the quality of this part. I would have rated it five stars, but the fit was not perfect. It didn’t fit perfectly within the borders of the mirror and was slightly oversized (see lower right of mirror pic) but barely noticeable. The mirror reflection was clear and « objects are close in the mirror than they appear » was printed nice and clear. Highly recommend as a replacement for your broken passenger side mirror. I ordered extra 3m double stick tape and cleaned the old surface with bug/tar or wax/grease remover for best adhesion. Fast shipping. The OEM mirror housing was not damaged so we reused it and saved money. Order the extra tape, you’ll be happy you did.

Mirror was easy to install and looks like factory. The image in the mirror is clear and not distorted other than "being closer than appears" as is with all passenger side mirrors.

I borrowed an older Suburban from a friend (for whom it's definitely an "extra" car, rarely used except when larger groups need to ride together), and almost immediately its mirror got smashed by a passing car while it was parked. The owner isn't looking to keep this car in perfect shape, and I wanted to explore the least expensive solutions first. The housing was intact, but the mirror was 60% gone, but this is a poor man's fix that turns out to be perfect for our situation. I didn't even need to pick out all the broken mirror. I removed a couple of pieces that were turned or raised beyond the surface, and then simply fixed this one on top of the broken one, using the adhesive tape included. It would take Sherlock Holmes a good hour or so to notice the subtle difference of this replacement mirror. The electronic positioning still works like a charm, and it has been one of the least expensive and least difficult fixes I've ever been involved with, with a vehicle.

I have a 1999 Yukon SLT. The description page said " fits your 1999 Yukon. I confirmed that I was ordering the driver's side mirror. IT DOES NOT FIT IN THE BACKING PLATE. When I went back to the order to investigate, I find a notation that says it only fits manual mirrors. I have never seen a Yukon with manual mirrors. The diagonal of the mirror is more than 10 inches; 10 1/8. The diagonal of my backing plate, part of the stock mirror assembly, is 9 3/4 -9 13/16 inches. Was not able to remove mirror from packaging without destroying the cardboard mounting to which the mirror was glued, so how would you return it, and who wants to have this much trouble with a ten dollar purchase anyway!

I needed a replacement side mirror for my Chevy 2500k pickup truck and this one was a perfect fit.
