I bought this kit to replace the first one I lost. I had the first one for two years doing handbulding and there were no issues. I enjoyed learning new and different techniques because there were so many different tools. This kit is perfect for a beginner because of the price point, variety of tools and sizes, and quality.

Great set!

Some of these tools cost around $10 when bought by themselves or in a much smaller pack. This is an incredible value and works great as a gift for beginning and advanced ceramicists alike.

Nice supply kit. Have learned from use that other wire cutting tools are easier on the hands. And the colored wood seemed pretty, it bleeds when wet. Overall though I really like it, it has lots of tools and a really nice case to keep them all organized.

Nice handles

This set comes with the basic tools, plus many extras, all in a neat, compact case to keep you organized for hand-built slab pottery-making. (It may work for wheel-made pottery, too, but I don’t throw pottery from a wheel.). I’ve been making pottery for 4 years and haul all my tools to a pottery studio and back home again. I’ve tried different ways to keep my tools organized and from getting lost and this kit is by far the best way. I took some of the less-used tools out and replaced them with a few of my old standbys like glazing brushes, bevel cutter, and smoothing ribs. You can’t go wrong with this set of tools and the compact case.

All tool items arrived as described; the case is well-designed and handy as is the simple apron with pockets for tools. Tools have smooth wood handles - it’s too soon to tell how durable they are. Many will replace/refresh typical older ones and a few groups are new ones that I needed.

Nice bag, good tools, the apron sucks though but I didn’t get the kit for the apron so not a huge loss for me.

This was a very nice starter set I purchased as a gift. It seemed small when I got it, but the person who I gave it to said it had everything she needed for her pottery class.

Really surprised of the quality of the products, nice and sturdy, the apron is really cheap but for the rest of the stuff I dont mind one bit.
