Do not buy Yamees ginger. This neither smells nor tastes like ginger. Has a weird foul scent. Don't know if it's stale or merely not a quality product but it is unusable and good for nothing but my compost because unfortunately it cannot be returned; apparently they don't stand by their product quality. I recommend the Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Ginger, it as a lovely scent, not bitter with a rich fresh taste and fresh aroma.

I like ginger and use quite a bit. Great taste! I got sick and tired of paying 7.99 for a super small container of McCormick ginger. Couldn't believe the price. Will be buying all my heavy use spices from this brand from now on!

I use ginger a lot. Mostly in with tea, as strong as possible. This ginger has the flavor and the bite that I love. I will buying/use this product from now on. This is a re-order! I don't even look elsewhere. 10 out of 10!

Flavor not as strong as I am used to. Might try something else next time. But this is still very good. Looked at a lot of similar. This was equal or better quality for the best price. Delivered quickly before estimate.

So much easier to use than raw Ginger root. I put it in my smoothies and the flavor is deliciously strong.

One of the packages had a tear in the cellophane window, allowing some of the product to spill out. It created quite a mess. I don't know if the access to air, prior to my receiving same, affected the freshness and or quality
