Let's you keep the radio on your belt and gives you almost handsfree operation
This is my 2nd set - originally purchased to connect our Bluetooth Intercom Headsets (For UTV Riding) to our walkie-talkies, so we can talk with other riders. The second set was bought to use, on the job, so a Bluetooth Headset can be used and not have to manage the radio while trying to also use tools. The little PTT unit has a velcro loop that I use around my finger. When I want to talk to someone I just push the button with my Thumb and the radio stays on my belt. So convenient. The batteries seem to hold up a long time - I have yet to find out how long they will last. There is no lag in the operation/communication and the signal is clear (No static or...)

This will NOT pair with any other Bluetooth headset!
First off, it works! Secondly, only with the included headset! So, if you want to pair the Baofeng dongle to a Sena or any other type of Bluetooth headset, forget about it.

want to buy more for the team
Bought this to use with our walkie talkies for the security team at work. Now we can't get anymore like them. Works well. The earpiece is a little big and would not be good for an all day use.

Paramotor pilots beware! Only pairs with its own headset
Doesn't pair with anything but it's supplied headset, don't buy to pair to your paramotor headset!

Not very durable and the Mic didn't work
I work armed security at a courthouse and deal with inmates, and violent offenders every day. As a result, our radio wires have to be run under our uniforms and body armor which is a colossal pain in the backside. We use Baofeng UV-5R radios so I though a wireless option would be more comfortable and convenient. The wires less headset paired with my radio just fine, and while I could clearly hear every transmission, the PTT function and mic only worked sporadically. If I wanted to respond to a call, I had to rely on the PTT function on the radio which defeated the purpose of having a wireless earpiece and mic. About a month after I bought this, the earpiece fell apart when I removed it at the end of my shift one day. Needles to say, I've gone back to the wired mic and earpiece and while it's a pain to put on and uncomfortable, it at least works.

Exactly what I wanted.
Their are so many walkie talkie adapters to choose from and this seller clearly indicated that it would be appropriate. And they were correct. Clarity in their marketing made this an easy buying experience.
