Is the SDS end for 1/2” or 3/8”?

I believe you can bye either one 3/8 or 1/2 inch!!!

How thick of a concrete wall will it cut through?

Believe it or not used this to drill 3---2 1/2 holes thru 12 inch thick poured concrete walls (one cut thru embeded #4 rebar) no breakage, all carbide still in one piece AMAZED THE HECK OUT OF ME!!!!!!!!

How do you unscrew the hole saw from the connecting rod.; it is frozen after drilling ,anyone have this problem ?

soak it in wd 40 / diesel fuel or Marvel Mistry oil, them place the cutter on wood and tap on the shank lightly to loosen it up, it should work

What is the size of the set screw ?

Carlos, The setscrew is M6 x 1.0 thread and is 8 mm long. IMO, the setscrew provided if not well hardened, it's point is easily deformed and will come loose during drilling. Once loose, it can / will fall out of the drive adapter. A good metric setscrew can be purchased at a quality hardware store or at one of the national fastener outlets. Should the hex key be misplaced, it is a 3.0 size.
