I can't think of anything other than good things to say..so 5 stars! I wanted lemon..wanted crunchy..wanted natural..all right here..and the price is right! Seriously..if you want a crispy lemon cookie..not frosted this is perfect. Also the box is natural recycled cardboard. I will buy them again and again.I've never seen them in the grocery store. These are the best tasting "graham" snacks I've ever tasted! I would love to purchase them by the truckload if I could they are that good. The ingredients are healthy and the crackers make my taste buds pop...with coffee/tea, they bring a touch of heaven to any snack time. The only drawback is that they are extremely expensive and for that reason, I won't be getting them very often. But as a "reward yourself treat", you can't and won't go wrong with these yummy snacks!

These are one of my favorite cookies. They're spicy because they're filled with ginger. Just found out from my local coop market that they've discontinued these cookies.This was a good price so I picked up 3 but when I'm out I don't think I'm going to go out of my way to reorder...Very sad another product went by the wayside

These are crunchy at first. Don't keep them around too long in a humid area like florida--be sure to reseal as they get stale rather quickly in humid areas. They're probably fine in non-humid areas and keep longer when you reseal properly. Not delicate and light. Although they are healthier than others I've tried, to me, they are not good enough to be worth the health benefits. They got just too hard before I could finish the box (I don't eat too many at a time). I was afraid I'd break my teeth on them a while after I bought them. Good flavor though. Rather thin little cookies.

As far as flavor is concerned, these are excellent though off the beaten path. There seem to be three main categories of 'vanilla' wafers:1. Vanilla wafers -- more expensive brands that use real vanilla specks.2. Vanillin wafers -- less expensive store brands that use artificial vanilla flavor yet taste authentic for the most part.3. Vanilla extract wafers -- such as this immediate product. It's a great flavor additive though perhaps not so _authentic_ if one is a Vanilla Wafer Connoisseur.Good packaging: I just opened one that's been sitting and is 8 months past the expiration date -- and it's still totally fresh.Whether or not ethical considerations are founded, the palm oil adds a lot of extra fat content that doesn't have to be there and leads to a strange, softer texture.

It was good - bits of ginger in it - very tasty cookies, I have implants ( bottom teeth ) & can eat these with no problems. not to crisp, perfect taste. perfect size. will buy over & over!

I love these! I love all things Lemon, and orange (hint) and was worried when reviews stated, not enough lemon. Not so. The lemon is definitely strong enough! No weird texture. A crisp, lemony, healthy, junk free, cookie! Will definitely keep purchasing! :)

Terrible. I gave it one star because they are crispy otherwise one of the worst tasting cookies I ever ate.
