Brilliant for beginner projects
This is a brilliant kit for beginners!I decided to get this to make bookmark presents vs. ordering online (similar price for 2 compared to the whole kit) as it's just so much better value for money and is more personalised.The kit came with an A4 sheet of tan leather. The letters/embossing stamps worked well with the hammer to personalise. The leather was easy enough to cut into with my craft knife and rotary cutter.It would have been nice to have a little description of what some of the tools are for. I will have to find a nice way to store all these things in my storeroom.Only thing I had to improvise with my little bookmark project was paint for the sides (I used nail polish and it worked quite well) and a beveler.Very happy!

Top Beginner - Set!
The punches are all stable and press well into the leather.The cutting knife to cut the contours is sharp, fits very well in the hand and is very easy to rotate.There are still 3 modeling withdifferent strengths.The puncher is stable and light.No imprints after hitting the punches.For me as a beginner a very good beginner set and a decent price - that's why I get 5 stars.Is still recommended!

Cheap poor quality junk. Got to Tandy instead
Cheap, poor quality. Better off going to Tandy leather. Bought this to have a go at leather carving, the swivel knife was blunt. Informed the seller who replied with "Our leather tools are made by machines, so there are very few defective products" and they agreed to send a new one. A week later it arrived. Again it was blunt and had a grub screw missing so it was useless.
