Product is nothing more than a spray bottle, it doesn’t provide a finer mist for oil any better than a $3 Walmart spray bottle (which I have also tried for a comparison and with equally unreliable results). Furthermore, the product has misleading ratings as this listing has previously been used for both a wallet and a unit of costume jewelry, so most of the positive reviews don’t have anything to do with the item currently being sold. I really wish Amazon would crack down on these listings, which I can only assume are deliberately tampered with to peddle low quality trash using listings that acquired positive reviews from selling totally unrelated items. it’s tantamount in my opinion to consumer fraud.

I purchased this item as a replacement for my Misto that broke - probably from over-pumping air into it. I like to be able to spray a fine mist of oil on surfaces. The Misto would do so if fully pumped with air - but I was looking for something better. This sprayer advertised that it pumps out a fine spray. It does not, it is more like a stream of oil than a spray. It works just fine other than that, but I was disappointed in the lack of fine mist capability. The good news is, it does not require you to pump air into it in order to work.

I loaded it up with light olive oil and tried to spray some veggies on baking sheet. Nospray at all, just a weak little squirt. I must have pushed the top button a hundred times to get enough on the veggies so that I could brush on an even coat. Would have been much less work to put a dab of oil in a small dish and brush it on directly. Do not view it as an alternative to expensive aerosol cans of oil. It simply does not work that well...then you have to clean it and brush the oil on to achieve an even coat. In no way worth purchasing. I'm tossing mine.

I was excited when I received this product but was quickly disappointed. I cleaned it before using it and while cleaning the sprayer, it did mist water. The opening to the bottle is too small to clean with my bottle brush. I let it dry out for two days before filling it with extra virgin olive oil. When I attempted to mist my sweet potatoes for baking, it streamed instead of misted and hesitates to fill the pump again because the tube is so narrow. Would not recommend this product if you want to mist like the store aerosols without harming the environment, it does not perform well.

It clogged using liquid aminos AND product got caught in the stainless steel hole which conceals sprayer. Then they would drip out messing the bottle & other stuff up. My aminos never clog up in the container they come in. I am pointing out what i put in it just in case that's the issue (but doubtful because it's meant for dressings). I did like the look initially but not happy with much about it. I just bought a different style with a big sprayer and amber glass. I need to have function over fashion on this one!

Wanted atomizer to minimize oil use while cooking. It arrived and everything looked great. Sleek, Robust and the sprayer dispensed a proper amount per cycle, uniformly. On second fill, it simply will not go together. I suppose a few rounds of electrical tape might render it operational but why should we be forced to use in this manner and hide it rather than offer for a salad and so on. I got so irked, I just decided to quit trying for a viable product and simply drown food like before this trash.

It doesn’t give a mist just a stream. And a very small stream at that. Hard on the hands to actually press the top down. Did not like at all.

Doesn't dispense in a nice even spray, more like little blobs.
