Gets grey stains from the water
I really did not want to give this a bad review because I really loved the mug. I order my first 3 from one company and I loved them. I order the same mugs from another company and they seem to have this issue with the water staining the mug. I got a replacement with the same company and still have the same issue. I guess that company just had a bad batch of mugs.

Do not immerse in water!
Loved this mug until I put it in dish water and it turned. I tried everything to return the tan color. Nothing worked and I’m so disappointed. Of course, still use for coffee and reminder of our trip to Jackson Hole.
