The finger loops seem to be a bit large. Is this a one size fits all item?

These are brilliant as an accessory especially if you like to twirl your sticks to add that bit of panache to your stick work. Unfortunately they are only the one size. If they are too big then you could always pad them out. I found that tissue paper was good as it gave you the grip needed. They do need getting used to but once you have mastered them , they are brilliant. I hope this answers your question. :-)
