I started taking this pill, a couple of weeks ago. I haven't seen any difference in my hair. However my sister who took it for 3 months, is very happy about this supplement, he hair is more volumed and looks more shiny. I will add a review after 3 months when I hopefully get a good result on my hair.

Take the capsules with 500 ml of water; preferable in the morning,
Immediately after receiving my capsules, I made the decision to drink a full 500 ml bottle of water each time I took my dosage. I can safely say that I have noticed how much my nails have grown (I am ready for infills in less than two weeks). My skin is glowing and as for my crowning glory - Well! My hair texture has changed as if being fed nourishment for a potted plant and watching the roots flourish. I have periodic thinning due to an health issue and age. However, my hair is beginning to grow into the thinned areas and I’m rebuilding my confidence to let my hair down - very, very soon. I would certainly recommend H-Boost Hair Growth Complex.

No results seen.
Not seeing huge benefits. Not a wonder pill like it says in the other reviews. I have tryed for 2 months daily taking these but not seen any benefits.

Drink lots of water which helps!
These pills help! My bald spot are being covered by new hair. My skin looks amazing and my nails are strong. I’m not saying to convince anyone, but these pills are helping me.

Hairs grows rapidly
After purchasing and using my first ever product from Astral nutrition I was amazed how quickly my hair grows during the lockdown period and before I finished the first bottle I wanted to purchase again but unfortunately the product was sold out but I had to wait until it got back in stock...It's really an amazing product and would definitely recommend 👌.

Misleading
I bought this product because I was impressed by how many 5 star ratings it had. However, on receiving this product it turns out the company will give you a new batch for free if you rate the product with 5 stars. I like free things like anyone else but my conscious over ruled. I think it’s an okay product but definitely not the magic that’s written in the reviews. I think it’s very misleading.
