What's the best color for body shimmer

Depends on your preference! Remember that this is glitter [i.e plastic] and shimmer usually refers to microscope mica flecks. I personally wouldn't recommend glitter in substitute of body shimmer. Glitter cannot go into the water shed/ sewer system as the do not break down and is bad for the environment

Which one is more fine? Mircofine or ultra fine? I want to use it on my nails.

Micro fine is 0.004 and ultra fine is 0.008, so micro is generally the finest.
