I love this book as comic con fan I had buy it I never been to big comic cons as sand Diego, ny and many others but this book brings back memory’s and reading some people cosplayers and regular people who don’t cosplay feel like I’m back at comic con again.I receiver think it’s special edition with extra pages 221 I like this book a lot if someone ask me what comic con is like what they have there I tell them glance at book and cosplayers photos I’m glad it’s not all about cosplayers who spend over 500 dollars and up there costumes to look cosplay is fashion is show but it’s not always for people who good looking body what I mean by this big muscles, skinny cosplay is for everyone no rules to be your favorite character at con it’s all about you having fun as that character you black person want to be Wolverine you be him , if short person who is four feet tall want to be wasp you can do so some pictures who are handicap in wheelchairs are show no weight no height no color no gender restrictions when it comes to cosplay glad to see those photos in this book and some of little kids as well getting there arrivals on comic con and some family photos to.Book comes with nice book mark included in book needed white background to show it off if you love comic con as much I do big and small cons this book is for I recommend it for any person who has been to comic con had fun experience want to remember there time at conventions no matter size of comic con that person has been to

Mostly photographs, and not great ones at that. Of all the pics to post, super uninspired, mostly celebs. Not an accurate representation of what goes on at SDCC. Barely any content or history. SDCC from its more humble roots, nerd-roots, uber fans roots, to this Hollywood-ized massive version that transforms San Diego for four days, this is all you can show? Sad. Come on comic-con superfans, surely someone, a group of cool someones with vision and follow-through could do exponentially better than this without breaking a sweat.

What a great book!!! It is full of pictures of both celebrities and fans. It really captures the craziness that is Comic Con. The pictures are appear to be from Comic Con 2010 and I made it on Page 15. :) Great collectible for those who attended as well as those who love video game, comic and movie pop culture. This would be a great book to bring back to Comic Con for autographs.

I bought this book for 2 reasons. #1 Reason, I love Comic Con and have been going since 2003. The second, I know some of the people on the cover. This book captures the wonderful world of San Diego Comic Con. There is no other con like it. Thank you Morgan Spurlock for this great tribute. Veteran attendees and people who have never gone will appreciate this book.

As an annual visitor to Comic-Con, I have to say this book is a wonderful tribute to SanDiego Comic-Con.The foreword and anecdotes are nice, and the photography is amazing and highly evocative.I cannot wait to eventually see Morgan Spurlock's documentary, for which this book is a kind of companion-piece.

Why you ask? Because ultimately you buy this for the pictures, not because you want to read the little quotes from famous people. And the limited edition gives you more pictures. I hate when there's a basic and limited versions of anything. Is the movie gonna be same way? Will there be a theatrical and director's cut of the Comic Con experience? Laughable.

the main reason i got this book is beacuse i thought i was going to b in it but after i got it i found out i wasnt but oh well the book is amazing theres just so many awesome pictures and the shipping on it was crazy fast

If you have ever been to Comic Con, you have to get this book. I have been going for nine years now, and this book is a great reflection of what you experience while being at the Con!
