TOGAF Version 9.1 Revised ed. Edition

I have worked as a Systems Architect for many years and was exposed to TOGAF while working in Europe. Upon talking as new position in USA, I was surprised how in efficient the Systems Architecture group I joined is. management never heard of TOGAF, and this book was perfect to get all the Systems Architects (10+) familiar with this framework. Booked is very easy to follow for those unfamiliar with TOGAF.

Important standard to consider for IT/OT integration and EAThere is a lot of detail to this book but required to develop good software or integration.Great approach to help during SDLC

+ : The content is very extensive and has abundant information on Enterprise Architecture. Its nicely structured and organized .-: The fonts are too small and it gives much stress to eyes. Its better to read free online version http://pubs.opengroup.org/architecture/togaf9-doc.Hence rating with 3 star.

I've read a lot of standards in my day and this has to be one of the worst (and no I don't buy that they're all bad, I've read well written/readable standards). Very unreadable.If you're going to take the test I recommend buying the 2 study guides (one for each test). Not sure this is even worth reading for the test. I really don't think it helped me at all.

Excellent reference material for TOGAF Exam and using TOGAF in the workplace. This book will help me so much in my career as an Enterprise Architect.

A wealth of information for anyone looking for a foot-hold in Enterprise Architecture. A relatively consistent and comprehensive framework with an associated method for developing the architecture. It is your choice what you include or exclude from the framework and can be mapped to other process frameworks within the organsation. Can highly recommend it but beware that the topic is relatively dry and the authors have tried their best to make it interesting and readable. Mainly though it should be viewed as a reference manual.

This is a very substantial and well written book covering all aspects of the TOGAF methodology. Whether you are studying to get the TOGAF qualification or if you already have it, and are trying to establish/maintain TOGAF in your work place, this book will serve your needs.

Great Knowledge base and am Still reading but so far so good. I will ready at least 3 times before attempting the exam but the test questions included provide useful insights.
