Needed a replacement as part of the cosmetic trim around the button was broken off, and my house buyers deemed this essential maintenance (yes some prople ARE that petty) and costed it at £150. Quick search on Amazon found this visually identical, including the oval trim at £7.99. Fitting took 2 minutes. Unscrew plastic retaining "nut", pop out the old button, pop in new button and retighten. Then push the bottom end of the stem into the clip on the plastic flush valve. Flush worked, however it wouldn't STOP flushing (water trickling into pan, as fast as cistern was filling). Unplugging the new button it stopped instantly. Plugging the old button into the flush valve and everything worked perfectly. Then I noticed that the stepped portion at the end of the chrome stem was deeper that the old one (and this was holding the actual flush valve open). A quick trip to the shed, and after having shaved 2-3mm off the stem, fitted again. Reconnected and works fine after this modification.

This was easy to fit ,and good quality. im a o a p ,with arthritis in my hands ,and if i can fit it anyone can. My old one stopped working. So i looked on Amazon for same thing and ordered . So simple .

desconocia el fabricante del que tenia instaldo, simplemente me fije por su apariencia y aprecido, cuando llego finalmente pude comprobar era exactamente el mismo modelo, por lo que fue tan simple como desmontar el que tenia instalado que estaba roto, poner el nuevo y a funcionar, por lo que muy contento de la compra ya que en la ferreteria nos querían hacer cambiar todo el sistema de la cisterna cuando claramente solo se habia roto el pulsador.
