dry and more fig-like than white chocolate
This is advertised as a "Melt-in-the-mouth protein bar" It would be more accurate to describe it as a "Stick to the gums and make the mouth dry protein bar" instead. While it has sour cherry and white chocolate in the ingredients, the outcome is very much more like a fig roll and a dry one at that. It's not a bad flavour by any means, but it's just not the one I thought it would be based on those flavours.I'm not convinced this is the best way to get protein while exercising, but they're not too bad an option. I gauged the opinion of a few people at work, too, and they thought the same as me, so I'm not alone in thinking these taste very different to the flavours advertised.

Strange sweet and sour effect
As I exercise a lot and do not have a great appetite I use bars and drinks to boost my calories particularly Protein. I have to say these are rather a disappointment as the whit chocolate is present in very small pieces which barely flavour the bar, There is a slight sweetnedss although it does not taste like chocolate. This sweetness combined with the sourness of the cherries gives a slight sweet and sour effect but does not really mix well. There are 14 bars in a box but I doubt if I will finish them
