Fancy Feet Women's Spot Dot Cushions

I got these to put on the backs of some shoes that were rubbing on the heels. I mean, these shoes were cutting into my heels - terribly uncomfortable. I stuck these in the backs and have never had a problem wearing these shoes since. They've stayed stuck despite my using them all day and walking around in them. I would definitely recommend.

On all my converse shoes the tongue stitching digs into the top of my foot. I put these on to cover both sides of the stitching and it worked. The top of my foot no longer hurts due to it rubbing the tongue. On my more worn converse I needed to get some double sided tape and used that it keep them from falling. If you are putting these on previously worn shoes you might want to go get some command double strips to make sure they stay in place. :)

I placed two cushions inside a pair of sandals where they rub the top of my foot, and the result was instead of the shoe rubbing my foot directly, the cushions were then rubbing my foot. Either way, I was getting blisters. So I removed them. On the plus side, at least they didn't leave sticky spots on the leather where they'd been, as do most inserts.

foot savers - can place anywhere on shoes. if i have a slimmer spot i simply cut cushion in 1/2 - doesn't affect it's sticking power.

Its not sticky enough. I put it on my shoe and it fell off when I slipped my shoe on, when I went to reapply it was not sticky anymore, wasted two of them.

I use these on my sons hockey skates to remedy preassure points near his varnacular bone. It worked great for this use. I also used it to fix his Bauer reakt 200 helmet. That helmet has 5 hard blue plastic pieces which hold the lining in place. They were hitting my sons head during on ice impacts and causing him pain. I cut these to size and filled and covered those pieces which solved the issue. They are made of a memory foam like material and work great.

They work, but they fall out pretty easily when taking them off.
