The Osage River Camp Cot will ensure you can relax on your camping trip with its user-friendly setup and portability. The cot is designed to be extra wide and long to accommodate a range of camping enthusiasts. The cot’s dimensions are 28 inches wide, 75 inches long, and 18.5 inches high. The Camp Cot is engineered with heavy duty tubular carbon steel legs that has been factory tested at 450 pounds. To set up the cot, simply set it on even ground and press down on the 4 frame joints directly above the vertical support legs. This will lock the cot in the open position. Place the cot on a flat surface for maximum comfort while you sleep. To put the Camp Cot away, turn it on its side and tap the locked frame joints directly above all four vertical support legs. This will loosen the securely locked joints so that you can pull the frame cords to fully collapse the cot into its folded position. The legs are arranged in an innovative X frame pattern to allow for this easy set up and pack down method. The cot legs also feature a powder coat finish and flat plastic feet to prevent the cot from sinking in soft soils or puncturing the tent floor. To pack the camping cot, place it legs first in the included carry bag and use the draw cord to close the bag so you can travel onward to your next adventure. The cot is lightweight and weighs a total of 13 pounds including its carry bag; its packed size is slightly larger than a foldable camping chair at 5 inches long by 8 inches wide by 40 inches high. The Camp Cot is equipped with heavy duty 600D PVC coated polyester; this fabric is waterproof and helps prevent moisture buildup and mildew in wet weather conditions. With a slightly elevated headrest, you can use the cot with or without a pillow and remain comfortable all night long. The Camp Cot provides an easy-to use portable sleep solution for camping trips, days at the beach, and lounging under the stars.

Comfortable cot of good size, easy to carry and operate
We bought our cots because we go on multiple youth and missions work trips where we sleep in churches or high school gyms. I grew so frustrated with air mattress, I never wanted to bother with one again. I can't stand cold coming up from under me and I always slept freezing on an air mattress. The first night I slept on this cot, it was comfortable and I feel asleep quickly, I didn't have a pad on it and did wake up cold. I've since added the thermarest pad and since it reflects the heat back at you, it solved that problem. I would recommend that if you sleep cold.I was looking for a cot that was easy to transport and of decent size, my husband is six foot and I didn't want him hanging off of one. I also needed it to be easy for my daughter and I to put up and take down ourselves without any help. The cots are long enough for a 6 ft man, wide enough to sleep on your side and so easy to setup! You just pull it open like a camp chair. One other feature I intentionally looked for was something quiet. I didn't want some crinkle sound everytime I moved. I didn't have that problem with this cot. We have many more trips coming up and we are happy to have these traveling with us.We have also used them when we had extra house guests and they love them too!

I have tried other cots and didn't like them because they had a bar at the ends
I have had this for a month or so and I use it every day. I bought this for my home office. I admit it, I am older, work from home, and take a nap every afternoon after lunch. I used a blow up mattress for years, but I had to deflate it to put it in the closet. Now, I take my cot out of the closet and unfold it in less than 30 seconds, take my nap, then fold it and put it away in 30 seconds. I have tried other cots and didn't like them because they had a bar at the ends, or in the middle that was uncomfortable. This cot has no bars, and the head is slightly elevated. This works great for me because I am a side sleeper.

Seems sturdy and was pretty comfortable
I bought this cot for my kids to take camping. It was a little bulky to carry around, but the carrying bag seemed sturdy enough. Setting the cot up was pretty straightforward, but the amount of force needed to get all the joints locked down was a little too much for my kids. After the cot was set up and the joints secured, the cot was pretty comfortable not only for the kids, but for adults also.Be careful when setting the cot up in a tent as the cot’s feets can really scratch up the tent flooring. I ended up using furniture sliders under the feets to protect the tent floor.

I'm pleased this far..........
I only have 3 stars due to not having used it yet so I dont want to give a false review. I can say that the bag works well, comes in and out of it good and not to small. I at least opened it up in my living room to try and the setup and takedown is pretty easy. I laid on it and for a 6 foot tall, 230 pound Male by arms rest on the sidebars while laying on my back. However, I am not a back sleeper so this really would not be an issue for me. There is no bar in the middle to push in your back so that is good too.

Very sturdy - Fast set up and take down
This cot is perfect for my needs. It pops up in a few seconds and in under a minute, it's back away! The carrying bag is a strange, almost papery material so it makes "crinkle" sounds and seems like it may not last long. The cot, however, is quite sturdy and again, super easy to use. Keeps me off the floor. I've already used it twice - and once was a full week at a family member's house as a spare bed. I was really sick of plunking out $$ all the time for air mattresses that always seemed to slowly leak after a few uses. No more of that plus I don't have to get up off the floor. BONUS, you don't have the ever-present squeaky air mattress noise every time you shift or turn over in the night. I will admit since it's taught, it is fairly firm. So if you'd like any softness to it, bring something to put on it for a softness-factor.

Easily stored and comfortable
I have no complaints. I'm 5'10 197lbs, and I was able to crash out on this. I bought it to use at work, since I am (sometimes) forced to stay longer, and going home would result in less sleep. I place this cot in my locker, and when those days arrive. I take my shower, brush my teeth, and pop this cot. I sleep great on it. I love that I don't lay on any bars.

Easy Camping!
This cot made our shelter camping a dream! It was easy to set up, easy to pack up and easy to store! We were using air beds, but this is a million times quicker to set up and tear down! Cot was firm and comfy!
