I just started doing the diet this week. So far I am loving all the recipes. My husband is as well. I'm actually enjoying cooking. The only problem that I am having is as an American some of the verbage is difficult and we are not on the metric system, therefore it takes even longer for me to cook these meals. However so far it's worth the extra time!
I would love to know if he ever considered converting a secondarybook with putting everything in U. S. Measurements instead of metric

Dopamine diet it works
This book inspired me, I’ve lost 4 & 1/2 stone jn 10 months. This book is inspirational and it works! Definitely worth a read.The principal of the dopamine diet is rasy tofollow and adapt to using a low carb diet.

Life Changing for Weight Watchers
OMG! Where to start. This book could be a life changer. My husband and I are currently working our way through this book and loving the food. It’s low carb higher fat which is a very different approach for me but the food is so satisfying it may well be the way we eat for life. The recipes are easy to follow once you understand the principles and are all very tasty. Tom uses his expert skills to create good food and some of his tips and methods will stay with me for ever. If you are looking for a “new” approach to weight loss, give this book a go.

Love it
Tom is wonderful and the recipes are great in this book. Its a shame he had to cave to the pressure of doing a low calorie cook book to follow this one because its hard to get the British public to accept low fat products are full of sugar... never mind. I would buy this book again!

Definitely for meat eaters
This book could be great if you love meat. Unfortunately I don't so haven't found anything that suits my palate.

Interesting
I do like this book, it’s very similar to another full protein (all meat) diet we all know!Some of the sugar replacements or flour replacements are quite expensive and would add to your usual shop quite a bit however, I am willing to give it a go.There isn’t much to go on for breakfasts mainly eggs so it can be a little hard to keep at it if you haven’t got time to do eggs in the morning if your busy.
