I just received the phone today, so I think it's too early to comment on the fingerprint reader, battery life, or thickness of the phone. I was very leery about buying a phone off of Amazon, but I don't have many options where I live... and I REALLY needed to replace an old, barely-working phone. I wanted a new "unlocked" phone because with Google Fi, you can use any unlocked phone. I also didn't want to settle... based on all my research, I had my heart set on Galaxy s10e. Anyeay, this phone did the trick! I love it so far. It came nice and new with everything in the box, as though I bought it from a store. That's the main reason for my review... this phone wasn't some re-used, fixer-upper situation. It's a NEW phone, in original packaging. I was relieved about this. Some people commented on snapdragon vs whatever for the software... I don't really care about all that. This phone serves perfectly for my level of usage and since it's water resistant (unlike my last) I hope to enjoy it for plenty of time to come.

I bought this phone several months ago, and it is perfect for me. I upgraded from the S5 and am so happy with the s10e. The battery life is great, lasts all day and sometimes into the next day. The phone is fast and has so much storage, I love the ability to use a micro SD card. I chose the s10e over the s10 for the smaller size, I love being able to hold the phone in one hand, and still be able to use the entire screen. The camera is miles above what I'm used to with the s5. I would highly recommend it!

I bought this phone for my son. So far, he loves it. I should have bought one for me too, but I just got a new phone a few months earlier. The 10e is light and the smaller form factor makes fitting it in your pocket doable without worrying it's going to fall out. He wanted the smaller form factor, and after I tried it out for a bit, the overall size is much more comfortable to hold and carry, and the screen size was still plenty. The fingerprint sensor is on the right side and uses your thumb. I find this much more ergonomic than on the back or front. Battery life has been pretty good. He's a heavy user, and thus far the battery has lasted thru the day with ample charge left. Overall it's a great phone and I'm glad to see Samsung makes a phone this size without compromising on usable features.

Finally upgraded from my Galaxy S5. This S10e is FAST. I love the new UI. It's very easy to use and intuitive. The battery so far lasts an easy 15 hours with wifi on, streaming videos and TuneIn radio. I got the 256Gb model which is a lot of space coming from a 16Gb phone. Plus I added a 400Gb SD card. Purchased a VAVA usb-c hub and the S10e switches to DEX mode on my 55 inch tv and works perfectly. Call quality and volume are great. The wide angle lens camera is excellent. PRO mode lets me shoot in RAW mode for more photo editing ability. The side fingerprint scanner is a little high in the placement but I'm getting used to it. It is extremely fast in response time for unlocking. The phone arrived fully sealed in it's original box. One thing to note. I thought I read somewhere that the S10e comes with a case in the box. This was not true. Not a big deal. I just had to order a new case to go with the phone. Overall very happy with this purchase

Samsung Galaxy S10e 256GB supposedly unlocked was only unlocked for T-Mobile. If advertised as unlocked it should be unlocked for all carriers. This is the second time I have had to return a phone in a month purchased through Amazon and this was a new phone. Planning to buy direct from Samsung in the future.

I've been a OnePlus user for several years, and this is my first Samsung phone ever. Overall, I like the phone, and the Samsung One UI isn't bad at all. The fingerprint reader is definitely not as good as the one on my old OnePlus 5T, and it frequently takes multiple attempts to unlock. I have found that enrolling my thumb multiple times improves the chances, but for some reason, it limits you to a max of 4 registered fingerprints.

Purchased primarily for communications when I'm away from home The camera isn't a good as the one on my galaxy 8, the battery needs to be charged at least twice a day, which I think is not quite right . The facial recognition and finger print ID haven't been tried out yet. But really overall I'm not that impressed. The lack of any instruction also has helped me enjoy the experience
