One of the best books about juicing and smoothies. The recipes are delicious (specially the smoothie section). Q&A section at the end, "Dr. JUICE" section, cleanse program, ideas how to reuse the pulp from the juices, cocktails recipes, ice cream recipes, food recipes (breakfast, bowls, salad, snacks). Many beautiful pictures.

Awesomely creative and tantalising healthy recipes, I'm having trouble putting it down! I love how it's packed with lots of helpful tips and information on super foods. Plus as I follow a low/no sugar diet I love how there are plenty of low sugar recipes. A visually beautiful book as well! Love it

This has so much more in it than I had expected. I am a juice fan because I have experienced amazing results with juice detox and subsequently juicing to maintain a healthy energetic life. This book goes way beyond a selection of great recipes. It includesjuices, smoothies, shots, detox recommendations and lists juices that are good for a variety of specifics like pre workout, health issues, beauty regimes etc. There are even some soups and broths included.
