Ordered gentle cycle, seller sent damage defense
I ordered Woolite Gentle Cycle specifically for my husbands nice shirts. Seller sent me Woolite Damage Defense. Woolite Gentle Cycle is meant for delicate fabrics like wool, silk, and other fine materials. It helps maintain the softness, shape, and color of delicate clothing. Woolite Damage Defense is designed for everyday laundry, especially for preventing stretching, fading, and shrinking in regular clothing (not just delicates). It provides extra protection for synthetic fabrics and blends. Two completely different formulations. Disappointed as it took long enough to have this delivered. And now it’s the completely wrong product. Waiting game begins again…..

We love the product and are keeping these but One of them was leaking. Please yell at your shippers. They must be playing football with them
