Great driving sweets [that's candy in US!] - they 'hard'ly suck...but in a nice way!
These are traditional UK 'driving sweets' - come in a small tin to keep in the car, especially for longer journeys. These are hard round sucking 'candy' about 1/3" in diameter...so none of the 30secs chew & then they are gone like for soft sweets. Put 2 in mouth at a time and grind them together to release their subtle taste over 10-15mins - none of the 'in your face taste' for 10 secs like sour patch kids! Enjoy the flavour!

Smooth and sweet
These are tasty, but a little lemony for me. I was hoping for a milder taste. They did come fast and, if lemon is more your thing, these would be great.

These are slightly sweet and exactly what I remember. I happened upon a little British tea shop years ago and discovered these, but haven't been able to find them until now. After re-ordering them again, I know exactly where I'll be coming back to. These are perfect for everything from a sore throat to quenching a sweet tooth, but aren't the sickeningly sweet that most of us Americans are used to. Simply perfect.

Disappointed flavor
Drops do not taste like the clear barley sugar candy shaped toys. It is a nasty flavor.

Candy was wonderful
The early sugar was intact in good pieces no damage and the flavor was wonderful. How ever the pig was delivered oped and all 3 tin had some dents on them. As far as the candy itself was great. It was the delivery and dent cans that were the disappointment.
