tasty, easy, fast and gluten free
i'm always looking for good gluten free products, i was happy to find this gluten free cornbread stuffing. i don't think anyone could tell the difference between this and regular cornbread stuffing. it is seasoned well and i like the fact that i used my microwave to make it. i just put the stuffing mix in my bbq chicken microwave roaster, added water and some melted butter, let it sit to absorb the liquid and microwaved it for about 7-8 minutes. easy, fast and yummy. i'm sure it would be even better if i had sauteed onion and celery to add and if i did thanksgiving stuffing with chestnuts and dried cranberries, it would be over the top. i'm thinking it might be good as a binder in meatloaf and crushed it might do as breading for chicken, etc.

This was very good, but could have been better - hence the 4 stars. For gluten-free, it was good though. If you didn't know it was gluten free already, I don't think you'd be able to tell just by eating it. However, it's a little bland for my tastes. I used chicken broth instead of water, and added extra spices to jazz it up a bit. Other than it not being quite spicy enough for me, it was great!

needed lots of moisture
I was thrilled to find gluten free cornbread stuffing but the taste was so-so. In spite of following all the directions, the stuffing needed a LOT more moisture. I kept adding chicken stock. I did add some chopped pecans and that helped.So...a BASE for stuffing, but sort of a blank canvas to me.

Pretty good for gluten free stuffing.
If you love boxed stuffing but have to eat gluten free, this is the best stuffing I've tried so far. It still isn't stove-top, but it is pretty good. I have tried fixing it on top of the stove and it turns out OK, but it really is a lot better if you add the eggs and bake in the oven like the directions recommend. I don't always add the onions and celery, but I do always add the eggs now. The eggs seem to help the texture quite a bit.

Love this GF Cornbread Stuffing
We use this all year - when it's out of stock at our local Lassen's, I order it here on Amazon. I actually like it way better than gluten filled stuffing. I can eat this and not get crazy full. Yes, it's bready, and the texture is awesome, but I don't get as stuffed as I used to when eating gluten. This is very flavorful. We use it all year to make spinach stuffing balls. If you're interested, I'll post recipe:-).Anyhow, I love this Glutino Gluten Free Stuffing and highly recommend.

Delicious, gluten-free stuffing!
Glutino' gluten free stuffing saved me during the holidays this year. After being recently diagnosed with celiac disease, I purchased these for Thanksgiving and Christmas. My family couldn't even tell they were gluten free! You may want to cut back on the egg, or just bake longer if you like your stuffing to be more crispy. My only complaint is that these are definitely more expensive than they are in-store. If I hadn't been in a bind, I would have gone to the store to pick this up.
