How many wraps can you get out of it?

I've only wrapped my stomach and arms but I've wrapped them 3-4 times each and I still have about half of it left! I've had this wrap done in a salon before and I get the same results at home as the salon!

how often can we do a wrap

Every 72 hours. Don't shower for at least 12 hours after the wrap, preferable 18. When you wrap, cover up chin to toe in heavy blankets to cause the thermo effect. When your body is detoxing there is usually an odor and you may need to use the bathroom frequently. I usually have these done professionally, I love them and have seen great results. FYI...this is just my experience. I am not a professional.
