Tried this pre-workout for the first time a couple weeks ago and it definitely lives up to the name. Within about 15–20 minutes, I felt the energy kick in—no crash, just clean focus and serious drive. It’s helped me push harder during workouts, especially on days I felt tired or unmotivated. The flavour is decent (a bit strong but drinkable), and it mixes well with water—no clumps. You’ll feel the tingles, so if you’re not used to that, just be ready for it. I recently tried Pre Workout Demon, and while it’s a solid choice for a pre-workout supplement, I’d say it’s good, not great. Cons: Mixability Issues: I found that it doesn’t dissolve as well as I’d like in water. There were a few gritty bits left at the bottom, which was a bit off-putting. Not as Intense: While it provides a decent energy boost, I was hoping for a bit more intensity, especially for longer or more demanding workouts. Overall, Pre Workout Demon is a good option if you're looking for a reliable energy supplement. It gets the job done, but if you're seeking something truly exceptional, you might want to explore other options.

First of all i can only compare this product against 1 other mainstream brand. The product was delivered very prompt via Prime and well packaged. The product was alittle smaller than what I was expecting but looks like your standard fitness protein product. Its estimated to last for 40 (7.5g) servings for a lighter user or 20 (15g) servings for a heavier user. Based on the total net weight you will have to stick closely to these measurements or have little to alot left over. My product came well sealed with a shelf life of 48 months so don't feel like you have to use it right away, I imagine once opened you could easilly get 6 months of casual servings or 6 weeks regular servings aslong as its stored in a cool dry place. Each serving is a 250ml shake (lighter) or 400ml shake (heavier) mixed with cold water or milk (dependant on preference). I prefer it with 5% fat milk as it just has a nicer flavour for me, you do get kick of the artificial blue raspberry flavouring which I find quite nice and smooth to drink. The powder can settle quite quickly so its best to drink quite quickly or shake between periods of drinking. I didn't see much difference on first couple days however today i felt like i was more geared up for a workout, whether this is placebo effect or not I don't know but this worked for me today. Its nice enough and full of b12 vitamins so first impressions are positive. I did try abit with water but i couldn't drink it but this is same with other products ive tried. Downside is I was expecting more for the price but thats just the bargain hunter in me and the quantities of minerals etc seem quite good. see pictures for nutrition info

For what pre-workouts are worth, I can say this one has a very delicious flavour output with each scoop. But not so a great scoop of effective stimulus. The value for money is fantastic as each container holds 40 servings or even 80 with their largest option. Which means you'll only need to buy this once every 2 months roughly. When it comes to everything we buy as part of our fitness journey the value is fantastic here. Even though each scoop doesn't hit you immediately, it does work but just not like others which have much more ingredients in them. I do like though that you're only getting 160mg of caffeine per scoop which is much friendly on your gut than some of the leading brands or other options. You won't be getting the tingles though unless you double scoop up. But than you'll be leading to territory you shouldn't be at on a daily basis with the consumption of the ingredients in this product. However, for what it's worth, this pre-workout is worth it for it's better flavour profile and gentler dosage than others. I would give tropical a go though to really make this pre-workout different than the others.

this is some very tasty stuff, and wow does it give you that PREWORKOUT kick! not only does it give you the kick, my training lengths have increased, I feel like I never want to leave I just want to keep going and going, the price is also incredible for such a great product, I will no longer be buying any other product to see if it does the job. This for me has ticked all the boxes!

Ive used this item and its a good pre-workout . However today this is what arrived, the smell is outrageous and going straight into the bin !
