Why does the small expensive 20 stick box smell soooooooo much better than 80 stick box?

Not sure why. I have bought the 20 stick, 80 stick and coils and they all smell the same. I've been using that scent for almost 15 years for my qigong practice and classes. You might check with Shoyeido. They are located Boulder, CO.

Can I use the incense holder from morning star for this? If not, what is your recommendation?
