I like this machine. Very easy to use. I use it mostly for giving my fountain pens a good clean. It will, of course, clean jewellery very well.

I honestly really like this product. I use it for a lot of things, including polishing jewellery and disinfecting nail tools (I just add a bit of disinfectant liquid). It makes jewellery look brand new -- especially silver! I do have to say, however, that the machine is super loud. It gets annoying. But, if you can cancel the sound from your head, you'll find no problems using it.

The results from this are variable. I'm not sure what distinguishes this machine (and the other consumer aimed products available) from the machines used in Jewellers but take stuff to a jewellers and it consistently comes out pristine whereas this machine produces great results for some stuff and mediocre results for others. We use a cleaning solution additive and that helps improve over basic water.

The device arrived with an American two-pin plug and we had to spend an additional sum of £8.99 for a UK adapter! This should not happen on Amazon UK. Electrical products destined for the UK market should have a 3-pin plug.Stopped working within a week!Returned the machine.

I ordered this thinking that as I live in the UK there would be a three pin plug on it, well there's not it was a two pin. I've just read the description and at no point can I find the words "two pins" otherwise I would not have bought this product. My husband changed the plug to a three pin and it now works but obviously not very happy.

I have a small cleaner that I use for my mouthguard but I wanted a bigger one to use for jewelry and also to put some soap in occasionally for cleaning. This machine is on the big side but I have found it very helpful and I've used it for a variety of things such as larger necklaces and even eyeglasses. My only negative would be the directions are slightly confusing I didn't understand the pulse feature so I never used it but overall happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Please see bottom of this review for photo description.Ive been using this for a little while now, purchasing it initially for the upcoming season of working on the car, lawnmower ect. In the meantime, ive been using it around the house, on various things like my grandfathers old jewelery, tools, camping knives, basically anything that has crevices where you just cant get a brush in to clean properly. A big test for ultrasonic cleaners to ensure they are actually working is using tin foil, place it over a support and put it into the cleaner. After a few minutes it will start to perforate and essentially disintegrate. I included a photo below which verified its function.It works like a charm, cleans everything I put in very thoroughly on two 480 second intervals. It functions just as id hope it would, removing stuff that you cant see or cant access, I think the worst thing was an old nail clipper I cleaned that looked super grungy before from dust and rust, but now it almost looks like a new one. I wish that it were a bit bigger so i could fit more things in it to be honest. The bin is roughly 6 inches wide, about 4 inches deep and 3 or 4 inches tall.... Big enough for the small stuff but not big enough for a carburetor from a car. None the less, it works great and I have been very happy with it.I found it works well with both degreaser, usually a half cup of spray nine in with the rest water for heavy duty stuff or a few drops of dish soap for light duty. You need to be sure to degas the water before use, it removes any bubbles which will otherwise absorb the ultrasonic waves... It works 10x better after degassing. I also find that it works best without the included white plastic basket, but you may decide to use it.Anyhow, I wholly recommend this cleaner. i am extremely happy with it, its been very reliable and functions well. For normal use for glasses, small item or items with aged dirt, it works pretty good for cleaning, but if items that with aged dirt or hard dirt, can't clean if not use cleaner with it.

This is quiet, easy to use, and does a fantastic job!
