More of a wedge than breast accomodation or support!
Had to open up pillow and use knife to hollow out more in terms of holes for breasts, and I'm a size B at best. Found circles drawn with markers where the holes were arbitrarily drawn in versus precisely cut by machine. Very disappointed. I absolutely would NOT recommend for a nursing mom.
