Great except for ONE thing
Bought this for the Japanese version of the scion Xb called the Toyota Rumion which is of course right side drive. The part is almost exactly like the one I replaced it for. The only issue is that it's meant to be a driver side mirror so the angle as a passenger side mirror isn't quite right. Other than that, I'm still gonna give it all 5 stars cause it fits perfectly, the light works and so does the motor. That's all I could ask for! The correct color was just a bonus! It was also shipped overseas super quick. Ill definitely buy from them again if I wind up with an American car!

Almost perfect item i would give half star more if i could
I would of gave it 5 stars if the back covering was compatible with the oem. Reason why i purchased is some f*** hit our mirror while parked in an alley and broke the bracket that holds the mirror to the motor. The original back covering was fine. The original cover which is white do not align with this item. It comes with a back that is a non painted black color. i just ran to auto zone to pick up some matching paint and painted it before installation. Thats why my rating went down a star due to the back and spending a little more and and money to match colors. As for the fit it fits like a glove no complaints for that only needed two tools flat head to pop off cover and part of the side panel. and 10mm socket wrench for the nuts that hold the mirror in place total time 10-15 mins install.

Good stuff!
Fit and worked just like OEM!The outside of the mirror assembly comes separate from the rest so that you can get it painted to color match your vehicle, but is a semi-flat black plastic out of the box. I ended up just putting mine on as-is since I've got a black XB and the function was more important than the mirror being just a shade different than the paint.Fit just as the OEM one did and it comes with a new seal plate and mounting nuts.I would suggest putting the outside cover on before mounting to the vehicle, and using the other mirror as a reference guide as there is a beveled edge to the seam that may lead you to believe that you're installing it wrong otherwise.

Worked for 6 weeks-Just passed the Amazon return period
As other reviewers commented it is easy to install. Note that the interior door panel must be removed to gain access to all the screws. Other than painting the back, everything else was straight forward. However after 6 weeks the electrical side-to-side adjustment failed. The up-down still works. Secondly the glass (not the mirror body) vibrates while the passenger OEM mirror is rock solid.I cannot find an e-mail address for the seller, Fit Systems, to get a replacement so will continue to search through Amazon Warranties.

Almost perfect.
I gave it a four star because it was easy to install and it worked great but I could not attach my white cover, the covers are not interchangeable with the original Toyota part.If you need to replace a mirror with a black cover then this works great because the cover is included and the price is great. Unfortunately, I have a white car and with a white cover. I popped off my broken mirror cover and tried attaching it but the mold are different, totally different latches.If I was this company I would spend a little more money on matching the mold of the Genuine Toyota part so they can expand their client.

Works and fits nice but dont expect anything from the stock one to fit on this one
Its a quality mirror and the motors/signal work as expected but unfortunately the colored plastic cover is not interchangeable with the oem one and the whole oem mirror does not fit on the mount section of this one like i was hoping it would

Wishful thinking
Everything works great except the outside cover does not fit on properly so that part is unusable, leaving the wires exposed.. I exchanged the whole item and the replacement also had the same issue.

Installation was pretty much straight forward. Its not color matched but i don't really notice it- works as it is supposed too as compared to driving without a side mirror

Had it for over a year now after someone hit and run my car. It's not authentic but it does the job. You can hear the wind on this.
