GoPro camera mount does not easily fit into this mount. So taking the camera in and out to charge or upload footage is incredibly tedious.

Fantastic saddle mount for the price. Super light weight alloy and very secure.

Very fragile

Well, not much to write. It gets the job done. I've attached a GoPro-style camera to my saddle using this. Easy to install, easy to use. If you need an adapter like this to install your GoPro (or alike) to your saddle, don't think twice, this is the one you should purchase.

I knocked off a star from the mount because it wasn't quite as wide a I wished. Being narrow it couldn't be mounted very far back on the saddle rail. While it would have been nice to mount it a little further back, I was able to get it far enough back to work for me.It's hard to see the mount in the picture because the saddle bag is covering it a bit...I'm using this mount with an extension kit (1 long and 1 short straight, 1 long and 1 short 90 deg rotation), and the Garmin Varia Quarter-turn to Friction Flange Mount Adapter. The 90 deg rotation is needed because the Garmin mount is intended for the headlamp and mounting the RTL510 on it results in it being 90 degrees off. I dumped the thumb screws from the extension kit and got some stainless steel 5mm-0.8 x 20mm socket hex-drive cap screws to use instead. After removing an acorn nut from the final extension piece and drilling out that spot a little so the head of the screw of the screw would be countersunk (the hardware store didn't have any longer screws with that threading...), I got my mount together. It worked perfectly so I could keep my saddle bag!

Worth the money cuased a squeak when seat would flex but put a little tape around seat bar to fix it and has been great

My GoPro 8 swings even when tightened fully. Useless.
