Yes, it works but not instantly. The results are very subtle and gradual. At about 3 months, I noticed that I felt more alert. I didn't need as much sleep to feel rested and I slept well. I was much less likely to fall asleep when I sat down or reclined while reading or watching TV. At about that time I started to feel my thinking clear a bit. I tried this new company'S Alpha GPC as the price was attractive. The main difference between this product and the competitors is the size of the pill is a little big and it seems to be a liquid gel as opposed to a powder solid. I've been taking for a month and have had no notice differences.
