We have a TOPENS PW802 Dual Swing Gate Opener on our fence enclosed 5 acres. We operate the dual gate and drive our two vehicles multiple times daily and our camper trailer occasionally through the gate easily. It works beautifully. Durable and powerful as we open two heavy wood gates. It has an adjustable time delay that we set ourselves to accommodate our driving habits from our long driveway entrance. It was easy to install with clear instructions and tremendous customer support from SHELLEY via email. We would highly recommend this product and are very pleased. We utilize the M12 remotes to operate the gate. We have four of them for us and our family members which allows access and desired security. The range is tremendous as we have a long driveway and can open the gates from a distance. We recently experienced a lightning strike in the vicinity of our gate that damaged our control box circuit board. SHELLEY at customer service was able to have us run a couple of tests to confirm the damaged board and helped us to install a replacement. we're fully operational again and very happy. John Johnson

Installed the gate myself without any problem and enjoyed the convienence for a couple years before it suddenly stopped working. I emailed customer service and got a response the very next day. Laura was very helpful and led me thru troubleshooting. The problem ended up being the control board. I was able to order the replacement part on Amazon and it arrived in under a week to my front door here in the Philippines. No shipping charge or duties. Thanks for all the help Laura!

So my gates stopped working. It clearly wasn't the power suppliy.So I knew it must have been the control board. Simply replacing the control board with this control board Solved the problem. After removing the old control board, I tested the Relays. One relay had simply gone bad. I figured that was the problem because you couldn't hear it Click when you hit the gate opener. Anyway, ofcourse, you could desolder the relay by a new one and resolder it.But that sure is a pain. Easier to just buy a new board. Plus I would imagine the other relays would probably go bad soon as well. Fact, is, this brand is cost effective, but the parts just don't last as long as you would like. Over the years, I have replaced MANY motors and 1 control board. But they are easy to replaced, and they are not expensive. And I don't need a repairman, so I still give four stars. I will say the AT6 motor is garbage. The AT12 lasts many years. Text support is amazing, with this company.And no matter what you should always call them, they will try to help you. They have also sent me free replacement motors.

Topens claims 90 days returns and refund. Not true. Amazon gives 30 days! The arm opens but at full extension auto closes to 45* at ALL settings. I got a new circuit board, same issue. New arm, same issue! Now the board won’t open gates at all! No refund recourse available! DO NOT BUY THIS. They claim great products, but it’s an EXPENSIVE nightmare of electrician man hour costs to try to have saved some money with this “less expensive” gate opener set! Buyer beware!

Like any other item Topens offers, this works as advertised and is easy to install, used this on my gate system...even though it was not a Topens item to start with. There tech support is fantastic also, so you won't go wrong purchasing from this company.

After several years our gate started opening and closing by itself. We tried a few things on our own, but ultimately contacted Topens for support. The support team was quick to respond and provided multiple items to check, the tests were laid out well and for the most part people with basic hand skills could perform these tests without calling in an electrician. As we went through these tests it was found that the circuit board was faulty. The original purchase date was well before the 12 month warranty we had to purchase the board but Topens was able to provide the exact part we needed and for $100 we are up and running again, thanks everyone. I would give more than 5 starts for the technical support team, they respond with service you would expect from the good ol' days.

The circuit board supplied is substantially different from the original board and cannot be mounted in the original control board housing and it fails to function to operate the gate.It will be returned to Amazon asap.
