Has really helped with night time leg cramps.
Well I've now reached the grand old age of 50 and with this I started getting really bad night time leg cramps. Three or four times a night I would be leaping out of bed and staggering around the bedroom in agony until the cramp subsided. Since taking one of these a day, the cramps have stopped completely. They are easy to swallow and the size of jar means they'll last for ages. A great price too on Amazon. Really impressed and will reorder for sure.
