Personally, there is no doubt that it's the lazy way for tummy toning down. There are different levels you can change it. Firstly, I started with the first level and there was a vibration level at the end. It could help to relax your muscles. So far so good. You can use it any places, even so you are on holiday. Recommend it to someone who doesn't like go to the gym.

This is powerful, as usual my husband just dives straight in without reading the instructions and sticks it on. He thought he was just turning it on but he had set it on the highest setting which was hilarious to watch his muscles spasming 😂 they charge pretty quick which is good because we are sharing it. I used it as per instructions and will hopefully see some results in a few weeks, even after the first go my arms feel like they’ve had a work out.

I am keen on losing wight. I thought it was useless when I first saw this product, but I want to try this technology thing lol. When I stick the patches on my belly and my legs and I pressed the bottom, my body feels massaged. Oh my god! It is amazing. I feel I am doing the sport. It is really hard to express. Although it looks plain, it is such a magic. I definately recommend this product!

The product is exactly what is showed on the picture and it's quite small, so I can place it on my body when I am doing something else. Besides,unlike other complex machine, it's convenient to equip and control. I am quite satisfied with this shopping experience.

It arrived on time. Only problem is that one of the units for arms does not work. The battery chargers OK , but the unit does not do anything at all. Have tried everything without any success. Will I have to send it back or will I get a replacement part ? The other two units work very well ,and it would have been a five but for the one faulty. unit. The fault appears to be a faulty charge unit .It chargers up from red to blue ,but when connected to the body unit or the arm unit. Honiture replied to my review stating that they would send out a replacement for the complete unit ,which they have done. I would like to thank them and would buy from them again and highly recommend them and their services. Would give more stars if could Thank you Review after 1 Month .Sorry to have to report that the new units lasted just 1 month and as soon as disconnected from the charger and plugged into the unit go from blue straight to red ,as the battery does not hold the charge. Being an electrician many years ago ,I took the old non functional unit about and took photos of it .which are enclosed A further update about the item after Honiture mailed me again and apologized again about the battery problem .They contacted me immediately after I told them and offered a full refund.. They said they would contact the manufacturer. about the battery problem. It's a shame because the rest of the unit was very good and working very well and improment made to muscle in the time I had the unit. I am still confident in the Company because they have done there best to help me , but it seems that a few units may have been due to problems beyond there control. My thanks to them for there offer to refund me for the purchase.

I’ve had the abs trainer for just over a week now. I’ve used it each day and slowly been working up the intensity, and I can confirm it definitely is working my abs! The electric current most certainly stimulates your muscles, so much so that you can see your muscles involuntary twitching as you use it. The system is much more powerful than I thought it would be, the higher settings are too much for me at the moment! So far so good, would recommend!
