Are these dimmable.if used in a dash to replace oem bulbs?

I don't know. Used them for side marker litesx

Anyone used this in a situation where the car/truck fades the light out, like an interior light? Do they work with a fading effect?

Be careful though, since LEDs need so little power to run, you might just get stuck with the light on all night/day. I had a similar product (one for dome light) on my Cobalt and since there is always a little current running through wires (not enough to light up an incandescent), the LEDs never truly went off. They faded, but stayed lit just every so lightly. Might not drain your battery, but it did weaken mine.

Would these work on a 2000 Toyota tundra sr5?

I have the blue ones in my 2007 Tundra. I've gone through three of them in about 2 years. I just bought 10 pack because after 9 months a few of them started flickering and one of them went out. They are better than the ones sold by Headlight Revolution.
