I ordered this for my younger brother, and he loved it. It has very high nutrition content, which is a combination of Proteins, DHA, and different types of Vitamins (please refer product pictures for details nutritional info). The product comes in Rich Milk Chocolate flavor, which tastes good, with a hint of Caramel flavor as well. It readily mixes in water or milk, and can be used for preparing healthy milkshakes. The recipe we use for our shakes includes - Milk, a handful of Oats, Teen Blend Scoop, Bananas. Simply blend this in a blender to make a tasty shake which is really healthy. I have tried 2-3 protein powders in total, some of them were good. This was the one which surprisingly tasted very good. I have also tried protein x which even though has inbuilt sugars, still tastes awful. This also has 7 gm of sugar and tastes amazing. I did'nt had to add any sugars in it.Protein content:Coming to the main part, this has 5.6 gm of protein. A fairly okaish quantity compared to other protein powders. But the thing is protein x has more protein in lesser price so the question comes why should we buy this then. Okay, I have read some research papers on protein powders, which says that more protein quantity and less price does not mean that the product is a steal. It can also mean that chances are it is poorly made. Here I am not saying in any way that that is an absolute statement but there might be chances.I feel even though this product is little costly still we should give it a chance and try it out. I felt it was really good if you are looking for a everyday sort of protein drink for teens. I do not think this is the best in market but it is worth mentioning.Flavour:This flavour tastes amazing but I wish they bring out a non flavoured one. I will tell you why, I read a reserch paper on how protein content varies according to flavours too. Chocolate flavour means the protein content is going to be less than mentioned on the label. The non flavored ones has the more amount of protein and then comes the banana one and then vanilla and then other flavours, and the last one is chocolate. So I really prefer a non flavored one, that is why in other protein powders non flavoured ones are the more costly ones.Does it does anything to the body weight?I always used to think that protein powders are there to gain weight but that is not true, it is there to give you important nutrients to the body. It is very early to tell if this does anything to my body weight since I have been using it for just a week or so.I have tried on other protein powders and they have actually increased my weight in months (which by the way I never wanted to). But this did not do that which I was thankful. I know that we should have a good diet on the side also to make this protein powders work and try my best to keep my diet healthy as possible.Is this the best one?No, it is not, there are many protein powders out there which are better than this but they are more costly than this too. But it is definitely worth trying if you want a regular protein drink which by the way tastes good. It is also gluten free, gmo free and banned substance free which is good.The fact that this is catered to teenagers made me little happy. There are drinks for children and there are drinks for adults and we always are left to choose between them but the fact that this is specifically for teens made me think it is special.
