I am over the moon to have fixed my leaky Hjuvik IKEA kitchen faucet. It takes the 40MM one. To replace this , pull out the red plastic hot water indicator on the handle then loosen the allen set screw you will find there. This lets you pull off the handle. Now you need to loosen the sort of domed trim piece by turning int counter clockwise , it might be stuck so it can be tricky. With that off use a 35 or 36 mm socket or an adjustable wrench to remove the brass nut. Now the old cartridge will pull right out. Make sure to remove the red clover shaped gasket if its stuck inside the faucet before you put this new one in. I hope this shows up in the search results , Good luck!!!

Got two, both came with some kind of thin layers of clear sticky substance all over them, but both seal well and operate very smoothly. Good price, so far no leaks for a couple of weeks now with high water pressure. I replaced the cartridge locking nuts too, I think part of the key for no leaks is make sure not to over tighten the locking nuts.

Simple installation Did not solve my drip which appears to be in my cheap faucet.

Went to Florida for 3 months & when we returned & turned the house water back on, one of our IKEA kitchen faucets started leaking internally on the cold position but not the hot - weird. IKEA doesn't seem to offer replacement parts so after searching on the internet, eBay & Amazon, I found this one that looked similar & the main dimensions matched, so I decided to take a chance on it & try it. Just installed it, fit perfectly & no more leaks. We'll see how long it lasts, but for the price I'm very happy & would buy it again. Got it a day earlier than expected so kudos to Amazon.
