I use this banneton both for my home bakery and for baking bread for my family, and it works great. The dough proofs evenly, and when the liner is well-floured, it releases easily without sticking. It helps give my loaves a nice round shape and professional look every time. I gave it 4 stars only because when I wash the fabric liner, it sometimes catches little hairs or lint, which can be annoying to pick off. Otherwise, it's held up really well through many batches of dough and definitely serves its purpose. A great tool for any baker, especially wonderful for sourdough boules!

I am very happy with the quality of these proofing baskets! I have used them dozens of times since purchasing them and even after rinsing under water, they still look brand new! Perfect size for my sourdough loaves. Super recommend it, great value for my money!

Great baskets! I’ve had them for a few years and use them 2-3 times a month.

These baskets work great. I like cold proofing my sourdough overnight in the fridge. These baskets are a perfect size for a boule. I lightly dust the lining with rice flour and my dough comes out clean when I'm ready to bake. Lining cleans up easily, shake off the excess flour and rinse in hot then cold water and let them air dry.

Only one of the "DOYOLLA Bread Proofing Baskets Set of 2 8.5 inch Round Dough Proofing Bowls w/Liners Perfect for Home Sourdough Bakers Baking" arrived. When I asked about the 2nd one they acknowledged it was their mistake and offered me two choices. I could ask for a refund or order a new one. Sending me the missing basket was not one of the choices. The way they worded their message made me think English was a second language for them or they were dumb. I don't think that anymore. I think they are pretty smart and they know how to use the system. I'll never trust Clest F&H ever again. I just wish I could give a lower number than one star.
