If we call it "Grindhouse" it'll sell, right?
This production is film student amateur hour material. I don't know who cobbled this mess together, but they were short on both talent and cash. At least Michael Madsen and Linnea Quigley got paychecks from it. I'm sure that scored them a meal or two. Don't expect to see much of them on screen though. They both hit the road before the ink was even dry.

I thought this was a real good tribute to 2007 version of grindhouse
Grindhouse nightmares right off the bat I will say I did like manhunt and sort of like the second movie strip with a short gone but this movie is very lackluster I did not like linnea Quigley as the commentator between the films beginning and commenting on the second movie the whole time. litterally while the second film played. I think it did a decent job at paying tribute Grindhouse before they split the 2007 double featue into two seperate films "Death Proof",and "Planet Terror"· I thought the fake trailer in this were good as well and even cameos were impressive. I enjoyed this but did not get Lineas role at all...

A warning to potential viewers.
Just as a buyer beware, Michael Madsen has a very brief cameo in the middle of this double feature in a mock trailer for a Pulp Fiction parody, The first film involving a tied up guy being tortured is unwatchable. The second half, featuring a nun themed stripper played by a girl that used to be a professional Britney Spears lookalike is sort of amusing in a Kung Fury kind of way. Do with that information what you will.
