In case you don't know the secret to beautiful skin, its taking MSM supplements every day. It did take me awhile to learn the secret, but I finally did. I worked with this man in his mid 50s (i was in my 30s at the time), who looked maybe 35. His skin was perfect. He had a glow about him. I never directly came out and asked how his skin was so perfect but one day he mentioned that every morning his wife gives him orange juice with MSM mixed into it, for his joints. I went out and bought MSM powder and orange juice. The difference in my skin, after only a week, was amazing. I was thrilled he told me the secret, without even knowing it. Now that I'm in my late 40's, I understand about joint pain too. It does help with joint pain. I like taking MSM powder in orange juice, but it isn't as fast and easy as just taking a pill. So I got these for when I don't have orange juice or am in a hurry. This brand in particular is much easier to swallow than most brands I have tried. And even if I need to take more to get the same dosage, its worth it to me to not have to swallow a really big pill. Highly recommend MSM and this brand is my favorite pill brand, its actually a capsule, which I "think" absorbs better than pills. I'm no expert on that, just seems easier to digest than a dense pill.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons: 1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them. 2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results. 3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other. 4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results: I have had good success from this maker of supplements in the past. No negatives to report

These did nothing for me. Mercolas joint supplement is what I’ll rave about! Those pills fixed me and my arthritic dog! We are both taking them!

This MSM is a decent dose in small and easy to swallow capsules that don't cause any weird aftertaste or ill effects. It's shipped in a nice amber glass bottle to preserve quality (light can degrade supplements and plastic sheds microplastics). The price on this makes for a fair value even if it's a little on the higher side of average for MSM supplements. But this is above average, and for the quality and peace of mind you get knowing it's legit, safe, and lab tested, the price is completely worth it.

I love dr. Mercola products. This is the first msm I’ve tried so I can’t compare it to another brand. I started with the two capsules and man they gave me a ton of energy. I took them about 9 am and I could not sleep It caused me to be awake and restless. The next day I just took one capsule and I still got the same reaction. I Like the idea of this but it’s to strong for me. I’m not sure if I will continue it. There’s also no returns on it.

Previously i had been using MSM powder, so this has been very convenient. I had recently run out and hadn't ordered more yet when i had the opportunity to order this. I was able to take out for over two weeks before going camping this last weekend, and from what I've read, two weeks really helps it get working in the system. This is the worst time of year for me, as far as allergies go. But after a weekend of camping, i did still have runny nose, but not nearly as much congestion as i would have had without this. I even went for a 2.5ish mile run, and was fully breathing in all that air, without all the consequences i could have had. While 1000mg a day should be enough, i have been taking two a day. I'm very happy with the results of these capsules, it sure seems to be helping me get through ragweed season with minimal congestion.
